作業前準備。使用前移式鋰電叉車進行多層貨架堆垛前,需做好三項核心準備。第一項是環境檢查,需確認作業通道寬度足夠叉車及貨物通行,貨架底部和頂部無雜物,地面平整無明顯坑窪、積水、油污,通道標識清晰。第二項是車輛檢查,繞車查看車身外觀有無變形、輪胎磨損是否均勻、門架鏈條有無鬆動、貨叉有無變形或裂紋;進入駕駛室後,檢查座椅安全帶是否完好、儀表盤各項參數是否正常、燈光喇叭轉向是否靈敏、制動踏板及手剎是否有效;打開電池倉蓋,確認鋰電池電量充足,鎖釦扣緊。第三項是人員準備,操作人員需經過專業培訓並取得相應操作資格,穿着防滑耐磨工服和安全鞋,禁止酒後、疲勞或身體不適時操作。

行駛與堆垛操作。多層貨架場景下,行駛和堆垛需遵循特定規範。行駛時,需將貨叉降至離地面十到十五釐米的安全高度,門架後傾保持貨物穩定,嚴格按照通道內的行駛方向和限速行駛,轉彎時提前減速並觀察周圍情況,禁止在通道內急停急轉或超車;遇到行人或其他車輛時,需提前鳴笛示意並主動避讓。堆垛時,需先將叉車停在貨架前的指定位置,拉起手剎,掛入空擋;調整門架後傾角度,將貨叉緩慢提升至與目標貨架層板持平的高度,調整叉車位置使貨叉與貨架層板對齊;緩慢向前移動門架使貨叉完全插入托盤底部,托盤重心需落在貨叉的中間位置;然後將托盤和貨物緩慢提升至高於目標層板五到十釐米的位置,再次確認貨架層板上無雜物、空間足夠,調整門架後傾角度使其垂直,緩慢向前移動門架將托盤平穩放置在層板上,確認托盤穩定後緩慢下降並收回貨叉,最後將貨叉降至安全高度,門架恢復後傾角度,準備下一次作業。

日常維護要點。日常維護可延長前移式鋰電叉車的使用壽命,保障作業安全。每次使用後,需清理車身表面、貨叉、門架鏈條上的灰塵和雜物,檢查輪胎氣壓是否正常,將車輛停放在指定的充電或存放區域,拉起手剎,掛入空擋,關閉電源。鋰電池充電時,需使用配套的充電設備,在通風良好的環境中進行,禁止在充電區域吸菸或使用明火,充電完成後及時斷開電源。每週需檢查門架鏈條的張緊度和潤滑情況,必要時進行調整或加註專用潤滑劑;檢查制動系統的磨損情況,必要時更換剎車片。
