電容放電完成後,開始取出舊電池。先檢查電池艙門的鎖釦是否完全解鎖,再將側面取放電池裝置與電池側面的專用接口對齊鎖牢,緩慢平穩地操作取放裝置,將舊電池水平移出電池艙,放置在預先準備好的承重匹配的絕緣托盤上,避免電池傾斜或掉落。

接下來進行新電池的安裝。首先檢查新電池的外觀,確認無鼓包、漏液、外殼變形等異常情況,查看電壓是否符合叉車額定要求。再將取放裝置與新電池的專用接口對齊鎖牢,緩慢平穩地將新電池水平推入電池艙,確保電池底部的定位銷與艙內定位孔完全對齊卡緊,艙門鎖釦順利鎖合。然後嚴格遵循先接高壓動力線、後接低壓控制線的順序連接接插件,接好後檢查端口是否插緊到位。

安裝完成後,進行收尾調試。先拆除所有警示標識,妥善放置,再插入鑰匙通電,查看車輛儀表盤的顯示是否正常,包括剩餘電量、電池電壓、故障指示燈狀態等,隨後依次測試車輛的前後行駛、左右轉向、貨叉升降等功能,確認一切正常後,清理作業現場,將舊電池搬運至指定的正規回收場所,避免隨意丟棄造成環境污染。
