In warehousing and logistics handling operations, 1.5-ton counterweight forklifts are one of the commonly used equipment. Among them, models equipped with 48V lithium batteries have attracted attention due to their stable power and convenient maintenance. The following are the core technical parameters of the whole machine for practitioners and purchasers to refer to.
In terms of power system, under the conventional configuration, the 48V lithium battery 1.5-ton balance forklift uses a lithium iron phosphate battery with a rated voltage of 48V, and the battery capacity range is usually between 200Ah and 400Ah. Different capacity specifications can be selected according to the actual operation time and charging conditions. The drive system generally uses an AC asynchronous motor, which can provide stable power output. The rated power of the conventional configuration drive motor is mostly 5kW to 7kW. The steering system mostly uses hydraulic power steering or all-electric steering, which makes the operation feel lighter and can reduce the fatigue of the operator.
In terms of load and working parameters, the rated load of this type of forklift is generally 1500kg, and the corresponding standard load center distance is 500mm. The configuration of the lifting system is also more flexible. The conventional free lifting height is between 100mm and 150mm, and the standard full lifting height is mostly 3000mm. Some models can be equipped with lifting components according to demand to lift the full lifting height to about 6000mm. The forward tilt angle of the gantry during operation is usually 3 degrees to 6 degrees, and the back tilt angle is 10 degrees to 12 degrees, which is convenient for the stability control during loading, unloading and handling of goods.
In terms of body size, the body length under normal configuration is generally between 2000mm and 2400mm, the body width is between 1000mm and 1200mm, and the body height without lifting device is between 1900mm and 2200mm. The wheelbase is usually 1300mm to 1600mm, the front wheelbase is between 900mm and 1000mm, and the rear wheelbase is between 800mm and 900mm. These size parameters allow forklifts to adapt to the aisle and shelf layout of most standard warehouses.
In terms of other practical parameters, the minimum turning radius under conventional configuration is generally between 1600mm and 1900mm, and the channel width requirement is small. The full-load driving speed is usually 10km/h to 14km/h, and the no-load driving speed is slightly faster. The full-load climbing degree is mostly 12% to 18%, which can meet the climbing requirements of common storage and handling scenarios.
