Comprehensive inspection of equipment before operation

Standardized operation during operation

When the forklift is running, it is necessary to strictly control the speed. In the narrow passages and turning areas of the warehouse, it should be slowed down slowly to avoid sudden braking, sharp steering and other operations to prevent the goods from falling out of control due to inertia or the forklift from losing control. When loading and unloading goods, it is necessary to confirm that the goods are stacked stably, and there should be no ultra-high or ultra-wide conditions to avoid the leakage of raw materials caused by the tilt and fall of the goods. Personnel qualification and emergency management

The operator of the explosion-proof lithium forklift must hold the corresponding special equipment operation qualification certificate, and regularly participate in Security Training to master the operation skills and emergency response process of the explosion-proof forklift. The warehouse needs to be equipped with complete fire protection equipment, such as fire extinguishers, fire sand, etc. At the same time, a complete emergency plan is formulated, and regular drills are organized to ensure that in the event of an emergency such as raw material leakage and fire, effective measures can be taken quickly to control the development of the situation and reduce accident losses.
