日常安全技術檢查要點

作業前需按要求開展日常安全技術檢查。首先是輪胎與車身部分,三個輪胎都要檢查,查看前輪承重輪的磨損情況是否超出合理範圍,後輪轉向輪是否靈活轉動且無異常卡滯,輪胎胎壓是否保持在推薦值附近;檢查車身框架、座椅及周邊防護裝置是否存在鬆動、變形或損壞,座椅安全帶的扣具、鎖止功能是否正常有效。其次是操縱與制動部分,踩下剎車踏板感受行程是否適中,輕踩或重踩時是否能提供穩定的制動力;轉動方向盤檢查轉向是否精準,轉向後是否能自動回正至中間位置;檢查貨叉、貨叉架、鏈條及鏈輪是否存在裂紋、變形、鬆曠或過度磨損的情況,貨叉的定位銷是否安裝牢固。最後是電氣與電池部分,打開電源開關前先檢查電池箱體是否有鼓包、破損現象,電池的連接接口是否清潔乾燥無鏽蝕;確認車輛的照明、轉向燈、警示喇叭等信號裝置是否齊全且功能正常。

開機與作業中的核心規範

完成檢查後,方可按正確步驟開機啓動車輛。啓動前需確保駕駛座無人外倚靠,座椅安全帶已正確佩戴,貨叉降至最低位置且貨叉架前傾至安全角度,手剎已拉起。啓動時需先打開總電源開關,再按下啓動按鈕,等待系統自檢完成,確認儀表盤無異常報警信號。作業行駛過程中,要注意控制車速,在開闊平坦的通道內行駛速度不宜過快,在窄通道、轉彎處、斜坡或人員密集區域需提前減速,必要時停車確認安全後再通行;行駛時要保持注意力集中,觀察前方、後方及兩側的情況,合理使用後視鏡,避免急剎車、急加速或急轉彎;嚴禁載人行駛,貨叉上或車輛周圍均不得站人,貨物的重量不得超過車輛的額定載重量,貨物的重心需落在兩前輪的連線附近,放置要平穩牢固。

充電的安全注意事項

作業結束後,需將車輛停放在指定的、通風良好的充電區域,拉起手剎,降下貨叉,關閉所有用電設備,最後斷開總電源開關。充電時需使用配套的充電設備,不得隨意更換非原裝或不符合要求的充電裝置;充電區域內嚴禁堆放易燃易爆物品,嚴禁吸菸或使用明火;充電過程中不要隨意插拔充電接口,如遇異常情況需立即斷開充電設備的電源。
