接下來是作業過程中的核心操作規範。起步前必須鳴笛示警,充分觀察門架前方、側面以及後視鏡覆蓋範圍,確認無人員或障礙物後再緩慢平穩啓動,啓動時要將門架後傾至適當角度,貨叉降至離地面十到十五釐米的高度,保持車輛行駛的穩定性。行駛時需靠通道右側通行,與前方車輛或人員保持至少兩米的安全距離,轉彎、經過交叉口或視線受阻區域時,要提前減速並多次鳴笛,嚴禁急轉急剎或高速行駛。嚴禁超載、超寬、超高作業,貨物的重心要儘量落在承載面的中心位置,禁止用單叉尖挑貨或用門架直接衝擊貨物,避免貨物掉落或設備損壞。上下坡道時要注意調整貨物朝向,上坡時貨物在前、下坡時貨物在後,行駛坡度不能超過設備允許的最大坡度,嚴禁在坡道上停車或作業。作業過程中嚴禁載人,臨時停車時要拉好手剎,將貨物放低至地面,門架後傾至最小位置,關閉設備電源並拔下鑰匙,妥善放置。

還要注意鋰電充電的安全防護。充電需在指定的通風、乾燥、遠離易燃易爆物品的專用充電區域進行,充電前要先關閉車輛電源,拔下充電接口前要先關閉充電樁電源,充電過程中嚴禁作業、檢查或維修車輛,不能用水直接沖洗電池倉或充電接口,專用充電區域需按要求配備合適的消防器材。

最後要掌握簡單的應急處理方法。作業中若出現設備故障,需立即停車關閉電源,在車輛前後放置警示標識,聯繫專業維修人員處理,嚴禁私自拆卸維修。若發生火災,要使用乾粉滅火器或二氧化碳滅火器撲救,嚴禁用水滅火。
