最近接觸了不少小型倉庫的從業者,發現大家對適合這類場景的搬運設備關注度挺高,尤其是1.5噸級的鋰電電動叉車。作爲深耕電動搬運設備領域多年的人,今天就結合部分一線反饋和自己的測試心得,聊聊這類設備在小型倉庫裏的使用體驗。

空間適配體驗

小型倉庫普遍存在過道窄、堆垛高度有限、邊角可利用空間多的特點,以往同載重的內燃叉車往往因爲車身大、軸距長,在這類場景裏操作受限,直角堆垛需要預留不少額外距離。1.5噸的鋰電車身型通常比較緊湊,設計時更注重轉彎靈活性,不少車型的轉彎半徑能控制在合理範圍內,過2.8米左右的標準窄通道基本順暢,不會碰到兩側的貨架或者貨物。如果倉庫有部分更小的臨時通道,提前規劃好路線也能通過,同時因爲車身短,能輕鬆停在倉庫的閒置角落,不佔用過多存儲或作業空間。

動力與續航表現

動力方面,日常小型倉庫的搬運需求以1.2到1.3噸左右的紙箱、五金配件、食品原料等爲主,1.5噸的額定載重量完全能覆蓋。平地上行駛時,車輛平穩性不錯,不會有明顯的顛簸,轉向也比較精準,新手操作適應起來也快。坡道如果是倉庫常見的5度以內,載重情況下也能順利通過,不會有明顯的動力不足或者溜車跡象。續航的話要看具體的電池容量配置,目前市面上主流的標準配置,在每天工作8小時、間歇式搬運的情況下,基本能滿足一天的需求,搬運頻率不高的場景,甚至能用一天半左右。

充電與維護要點

充電方面,鋰電叉車的優勢是隨用隨充,不用像某些傳統電池那樣必須完全放電後再充,日常午休或者下班前插個電就能補充部分電量,應急時也比較安心。如果有合適的快充功能,一兩個小時能補到一定比例的電量,應對臨時增加的搬運任務沒問題。日常維護比內燃叉車簡單很多,沒有發動機、變速箱等需要頻繁保養的複雜部件,主要就是檢查輪胎磨損情況、剎車靈敏度、電池外觀和接口清潔度,一般每週或者每半個月做一次基礎檢查即可,能省下不少維護時間和成本。
