日常適宜使用慢充的場景,是車輛完成當日或多段連續作業後,有充足閒置時間的情況。慢充的電流較小,能更均勻地完成電池內部的化學反應,減少電池損耗,是日常充電的首選方式。操作慢充時,首先要確認充電環境,應選擇通風良好、無積水、無易燃易爆物品的室內或半室內區域,環境溫度控制在0至40攝氏度之間,溫度過低或過高時,可適當調整充電計劃,比如冬季低溫可先將車輛移至適宜環境靜置一段時間再開始。充電前要先關閉車輛總電源,確保車輛處於完全斷電狀態,再按順序連接充電裝置,先插車輛端的充電接口,再插電源端的插座,充滿後系統會自動停止充電,此時建議等待10分鐘左右再按相反順序拔下接口,避免瞬間電流對設備造成影響。日常使用中建議儘量保持淺充淺放的習慣,電量剩餘在15%至85%之間時就可以安排慢充,儘量避免電量完全耗盡再充電。

應急補能的場景則適合使用快充,比如當日作業量突增,車輛電量不足但無法長時間閒置時。快充的電流較大,能在短時間內補充大部分電量,但長期頻繁使用會對電池內部結構造成一定的加速損耗,因此建議僅作爲臨時應急手段,不要替代日常慢充。操作快充時,同樣要先確認環境和車輛斷電狀態,連接順序與慢充一致,快充一般補能至80%左右即可滿足繼續作業的需求,補能結束後也要先拔電源端再拔車輛端。

無論使用快充還是慢充,都要定期檢查充電接口和充電線的狀態,確保接口無氧化、無灰塵,充電線無破損、無變形,發現問題及時處理,避免安全隱患。
