充電區域基礎環境要求

區域選址與佈局

環境防護設施配置

充電區域必須配備防爆型通風系統,保證空氣流通,及時排出充電過程中產生的可燃氣體,防止積聚引發危險。同時需安裝防爆照明設備,確保夜間或光線不足時操作視野清晰;區域內要按規定放置適用於鋰電火災的消防器材,如干粉滅火器、滅火毯等,並定期檢查有效性。

充電操作規範流程

充電前準備工作

操作人員需先檢查防爆鋰電叉車的電池外觀,確認無破損、漏液等異常情況,同時檢查充電器的線路、接口是否完好,無鬆動或破損。進入充電區域前,需關閉叉車電源,拉起駐車制動,確保叉車處於穩定狀態。

充電過程管控

電池泄漏應急
