立體庫內通道狹窄,叉車的轉向靈活性直接影響作業效率。實測中,該叉車的最小轉向半徑約爲1.5米,在寬度僅3米的通道內,可順利完成原地轉向、掉頭等動作,無需反覆調整位置。此外,操控手柄採用集成化設計,可同步控制叉臂伸縮、起升下降等動作,操作人員上手較快,在連續作業中能保持較高的操作流暢度。

負載穩定性表現

負載狀態下的穩定性是高貨架作業的關鍵指標。本次測試採用2噸標準負載,當叉臂滿載起升至8米高度時,叉車整體晃動幅度較小,未出現明顯傾斜情況。在制動測試中,滿載狀態下從行駛到停止的距離較短,制動響應及時,能有效避免貨物掉落風險。同時,叉車的防滑設計在庫內光滑地面作業時,也能保持良好的抓地力。

能耗與續航實測

針對多班製作業需求,我們測試了該叉車的能耗表現。在連續8小時的作業狀態下,叉車電量消耗約爲總電量的65%,剩餘電量可支持約4小時的輕載作業,滿足多數企業的單日作業需求。此外,其快充模式下,1小時可補充約50%電量,能快速恢復作業能力,適配緊急補貨等場景。
