我們工廠的貨物主要是建材和包裝好的五金件,需要在多個廠房、倉庫和戶外臨時堆放點之間轉運,之前用的傳統燃油叉車和普通鉛酸座駕叉車,碰到梅雨季或者突發陣雨都很麻煩。今年換了一臺防水座駕鋰電叉車,用了大半年,有不少真實的感受可以分享。

然後是續航和充電的體驗。我們工廠是兩班倒作業,之前的鉛酸叉車需要每天中午和晚上各充一次電,充電時間長不說,還要專門找通風的充電區域,怕有安全隱患。這臺防水座駕鋰電叉車一次充滿電,白天一班八小時正常轉運一百多箱貨物、行駛兩三百米的廠區通道,電量還能剩下三分之一左右,晚上再換班接着用,第二天上午充電兩三個小時就能補滿,效率提升了不少。而且電池沒有記憶效應,不需要每次都用到完全沒電再充,中途休息的時候插上充電線也不會影響電池壽命。

操控感方面也有明顯的提升。座駕的空間比之前的鉛酸叉車稍微寬敞一點,座椅可以根據身高調節,靠背也有支撐,一天坐下來腰和脖子不會太酸。方向盤比較輕,轉向靈活,在狹窄的廠區通道和臨時堆放點之間掉頭、拐彎都很方便。油門和剎車的響應也很線性,裝卸貨物的時候能很好地控制速度,不會出現貨物晃動的情況。儀表盤是液晶顯示的,能清楚看到電量、行駛速度和工作時間,很直觀。

日常維護也比之前簡單很多。燃油叉車需要定期更換機油、機濾,檢查火花塞,維護成本高,而且有油污污染。鉛酸叉車需要定期加水、檢查電解液密度,維護起來比較麻煩。這臺防水座駕鋰電叉車日常只需要檢查輪胎氣壓、清潔車身和電池散熱口,不需要複雜的維護操作,節省了不少時間和成本。

總的來說,這臺防水座駕鋰電叉車很適合我們這種有戶外貨物轉運需求的工廠,解決了之前碰到的雨天作業、續航不足和維護麻煩的問題,提升了整體的工作效率。
