The BYD EL16-PRO is a 1.6-ton balanced weight seat-mounted electric forklift, specially designed for cargo transfer and shelf stacking in factory workshops, warehousing and logistics yards. The vehicle adopts a pure electric AC electronic control system, with a solid structure and stable control. II. Core product advantages
Pure electric power is abundant, and the operation runs smoothly. The vehicle is equipped with 8.5kW drive motor and 16kW lifting motor. It is equipped with AC AC electronic control, and the power output is smooth. The full-load and no-load driving speed can reach 16km/h, and the full-load lifting speed is stable at 420mm/s, which can meet the daily operation rhythm of loading, unloading, transshipment and stacking. Standard 80V/270Ah large-capacity power battery, long-lasting battery life, can support continuous operation all day. Pure electric zero emission, no exhaust gas and oil fume, suitable for food, electronics, medicine and other indoor factories with environmental hygiene requirements.
The body structure is compact, the site is good, the rated load capacity is 1.6 tons, the load center distance is 500mm, and the standard 3-meter lifting gantry is equipped, which is suitable for most standard shelves. The minimum turning radius is 1900mm, for 10001200mm horizontal pallets, the width of the working channel is only 3520mm. It is flexible in conventional warehouses and can be adapted to most standard storage roadway operations. The vehicle has sufficient ground clearance, and the slightly bumpy road in the factory area can also pass smoothly.
The man-machine layout is reasonable, and it is easier to work for a long time. The ergonomic layout of the ride-on type is adopted, the seat height is moderate, and the control handle and pedal are reasonably arranged to reduce the fatigue caused by long-term operation. The running noise of the whole vehicle is controlled within 75dB (A), and the working environment is quiet and comfortable. Equipped with top frame safety protection and hydraulic braking system, the braking response is sensitive, and the operation is simple and easy to use. New employees can quickly and skillfully drive.
Maintenance is simple and worry-free, long-term operating costs are lower. AC drive motor has no carbon brush structure, fewer daily maintenance items, and lower probability of failure. The hydraulic system has stable pressure and long service life of parts. Compared with traditional internal combustion forklifts, there is no need to purchase fuel, and there is no need to replace oil, filter elements and other consumables regularly. It greatly reduces the later operation and maintenance expenses, and is more cost-effective for long-term use.
