Product Overview

BYD EL20 is a 2.0-ton four-pivot balanced weight seat-mounted electric forklift. Relying on BYD's mature new energy electronic control technology, the four-wheel chassis has a stable structure, taking into account indoor storage and stacking and outdoor transshipment operations in the factory area. The vehicle runs smoothly, has strong adaptability to working conditions, and has zero emissions from pure electricity. It is a practical model for production plants and logistics warehouses to realize the electric replacement of fuel forklifts.

II. Core product advantages

  1. Four-wheel stable chassis, stable and reliable heavy-duty operation. The vehicle adopts a classic four-fulcrum balance weight structure, with a balanced center of gravity of the whole vehicle and good bearing stability. The rated load is 2 tons, the load center distance is 500mm, and the standard 3-meter lifting gantry meets the needs of conventional industrial cargo stacking and pallet transfer. Sufficient ground clearance, able to adapt to the slightly bumpy road surface in the factory area, and can operate normally in multiple indoor and outdoor scenes. The minimum turning radius is moderate, the steering is flexible in the standard warehouse roadway, and the site adaptation range is wider.

  2. AC electronic control power system, stable operation rhythm equipped with AC AC electronic control system, equipped with 8.5kW drive motor and 12kW lifting motor, power output smooth and soft, start and stop without setbacks. No-load driving speed 15km/h, full load driving speed 14km/h, lifting speed can match the daily loading and unloading of stacking operation rhythm. Equipped with 80V/280Ah large-capacity battery, the battery life is sufficient, which can meet the continuous handling operation of a single day. Pure electric operation without exhaust gas, no oil fume, suitable for food, medicine, electronics and other environmental protection control strict clean workshop.

  3. Humanized driving layout makes it easier to work for a long time. The seat-type operation space is reasonably arranged, and the seat, operating handle and pedal positions fit ergonomically, effectively relieving the fatigue caused by long-term continuous operation. The running noise of the whole vehicle is controlled within 80dB (A), and the working environment is quiet. The vehicle is equipped with a top frame for safety protection and a hydraulic braking system. The braking response is timely, the operation is simple and easy to understand, and new drivers can get started quickly.

  4. Maintenance workload is less, long-term use is more economical. The AC drive motor is a brushless structure, with fewer daily maintenance items and lower parts loss. The hydraulic system pressure is stable, the failure rate of the whole machine is low, and the durability is excellent. Compared with traditional internal combustion forklifts, there is no need to consume fuel, and there is no need to regularly change engine consumables such as oil and three filters, which can continuously reduce the operating expenses of the equipment throughout the cycle.
