BYD EL16DT-PRO is a 1.6-ton counterbalanced electric forklift built by BYD for on-site material handling and stacking scenarios. Relying on the accumulation of brand new energy technology, the vehicle adopts a pure electric drive architecture, taking into account operational efficiency, driving comfort and long-term operation and maintenance economy. Pure electric power system, efficient and stable operation The vehicle is equipped with an alternating current (AC) electronic control system, matching double 5kW drive motors and 16kW lifting motors, the power output is smooth and linear, and the response is fast. The full-load driving speed can reach 16km/h, and the full-load lifting speed can reach 500mm/s, which meets the operation rhythm of conventional transshipment and stacking; it is equipped with 80V/270Ah large-capacity power battery, which has stable battery life and can support continuous operation of single shift and above; pure electric drive has zero exhaust emissions, no soot pollution, and is suitable for scenes that require environmental cleanliness such as food, medicine, and electronic workshops.
Compact body design, flexible passage in narrow space Optimize the body layout for dense storage scenarios, and achieve flexible passage while ensuring load-bearing capacity. Rated lifting weight of 1.6 tons, suitable for standard 500mm load center working conditions, standard 3-meter lifting height, covering mainstream shelf access requirements; the minimum turning radius is only 1615mm, 10001200mm standard pallet horizontal working channel width is only 3311mm; it can flexibly pass through narrow alleys and dense shelf areas, effectively improving storage space utilization.
Ergonomic design to reduce work fatigue Optimize the driving and riding layout from the operation experience, and adapt to long-term continuous operation scenarios. The ride-on operation layout, the seats, control pedals and handles are arranged ergonomically, and it is not easy to fatigue during long-term operation; the standard top frame structure provides operation safety protection for operators; the vehicle running noise is ≤75dB (A), and the working environment is quiet and low disturbance; the hydraulic braking system is responsive and has a low threshold for getting started.
The operation and maintenance cost is controllable, long-term use is more economical, the maintenance structure is simplified, and the cost of the whole life cycle is reduced. AC drive motor has no carbon brush design, less daily maintenance items, and strong component durability. Compared with traditional internal combustion forklifts, there is no need to replace oil, three filters and other consumables regularly, and there is no fuel consumption. The hydraulic system has stable working pressure, long service life of core components, and long-term operating costs are more advantageous.
