Product Overview
BYD EL30 is a 3.0-ton four-pivot ride-on electric balance forklift, specially developed for medium and heavy cargo transshipment operations. Relying on BYD's mature new energy electronic control technology, the four-wheel chassis has sufficient load-bearing stability, which can not only complete high-level stacking operations in warehouses, but also be competent for outdoor heavy cargo loading and unloading in factory areas. The whole machine has abundant power configuration and solid battery life. It takes into account environmental protection and practicality. It is a reliable equipment for electric handling upgrades in medium-tonnage yards.
II. Core product advantages
The four-wheel heavy-duty chassis has sufficient operating stability. The whole vehicle adopts a four-fulcrum balance weight structure, and the body weight is reasonable. It remains stable under full-load stacking, ramp driving and other working conditions. The rated load is 3 tons, and it is matched with a 3-meter standard lifting gantry, which can meet the storage and storage operations of hardware, raw materials, and whole pallets. The chassis has sufficient ground clearance and good road surface passing capacity. It can take into account both indoor warehouses and outdoor freight yards. The equipment is suitable for a wider range of scenarios.

The whole vehicle is comfortable to control, and the pressure of long-term continuous operation is small. The cockpit of the whole vehicle is designed according to ergonomics. The steering wheel, operating lever and seat are reasonably arranged, and it is not easy to cause fatigue after long-term operation. The running noise of the whole vehicle is controlled within a reasonable range, and the working environment is quiet. Standard high-strength roof guard, equipped with a responsive hydraulic braking system, the control logic is simple and intuitive, and the operator can quickly get started and skilled.
The whole structure is durable, and the later maintenance investment is less. The AC drive motor has no carbon brush structure, which reduces the number of wearing parts and reduces the frequency of daily maintenance. The hydraulic system has been adjusted by industrial working conditions, the oil pressure is stable, and the oil cylinder, valve body and other components have a longer service life. Compared with traditional internal combustion forklifts, fuel consumption and regular engine maintenance costs are saved, which can effectively control long-term operating costs.
