Product Overview

BYD EL38 is a 3.8-ton ride-on four-point electric forklift, focusing on stable handling under heavy-duty conditions. The whole vehicle adopts a heavy-duty counterweight chassis, which is optimized and adjusted for heavy cargo pallet loading and unloading and raw material transfer scenarios. Relying on BYD's mature high-voltage electronic control technology, the power output of the whole vehicle is stable and durable, and the electric zero-emission design can meet the environmental management requirements of the factory area. It is a practical model for medium and large industrial and mining enterprises and logistics freight yards to replace fuel forklifts.

II. Core product advantages

  1. The weighted counterweight chassis, the heavy-duty working conditions run smoothly with a four-wheel balance weight structure, the vehicle's own weight ratio is scientific, the body is not easy to shake when lifting 3.8 tons of heavy objects, and the ramp operation and high-level stacking can remain stable. Reasonably optimized wheelbase and wheel base, improve the vehicle's anti-roll ability. The chassis has good passability, which can not only operate flexibly in the flat roadway of the warehouse, but also cope with complex sites such as sand and gravel roads and loading and unloading platforms in the factory area. One machine covers indoor and outdoor operation scenarios.

  2. High-voltage power system, suitable for high-intensity multi-shift operations. The vehicle is equipped with high-power drive and hydraulic lifting motor. With AC electronic control system, the power output is linear and sufficient, and the heavy-load lifting is smooth and not stuck. The vehicle is equipped with 80V high-voltage battery, providing 280Ah and 560Ah two capacity configurations, which can be flexibly selected according to the single-day operation time. The long-life version can ensure uninterrupted operation throughout the day. Pure electric operation has no oil fume and exhaust gas, and can be used stably in closed factories and environmental protection control workshops.

  3. The driving and riding space is optimized, taking into account safety and operating comfort. The cab of the vehicle has been optimized by ergonomics, and the layout of shock-absorbing seats and operating rods is reasonable, which effectively relieves the fatigue caused by long-term continuous driving. The operating noise of the vehicle is controlled within the industry standard, and the working environment is more comfortable. The integrated roof guard provides safety protection for the operator. The hydraulic braking response is timely, and the operation logic is simple and intuitive. Both new and old drivers can easily get started.

  4. The structure of the whole machine is solid and durable, reducing long-term operation and maintenance investment. The brushless AC motor reduces vulnerable parts and greatly reduces daily maintenance items. The hydraulic oil circuit has been tested under heavy-duty conditions, the pressure is stable, and the valve body and cylinder have a longer service life. Compared with traditional internal combustion forklifts, fuel consumption and regular engine overhaul costs are saved, and later maintenance is simple. Long-term use can effectively control operating costs.
