Product Overview
The Q50A is a ride-on heavy-duty electric tractor launched by BYD. It adopts a steering wheel driving design, is equipped with a 48V lithium battery power system, and has a rated traction capacity of 5 tons. Adopting the standard steering wheel control of industrial vehicles, with ergonomic shock-absorbing seats, the operator can complete the whole process of operation in a sitting position. Compared with walking and standing models, the physical consumption of long-distance round-trip hauling is greatly reduced. The body is equipped with rearview mirrors and front working lights, and the driving field is wide. The morning and evening shifts and the reservoir area with weak lighting can also clearly observe the surrounding road conditions, improving the comfort and safety of long-distance operations.
2.48V high-voltage lithium battery platform, more abundant power output
Equipped with a 48V lithium battery power system, the power reserve is more sufficient than that of low-voltage models. When starting with heavy loads and driving on slow slopes in the factory area, the power output is smooth, and power attenuation is not easy to occur. The battery charging and changing process is convenient, and there is no need to add fuel or oil for daily maintenance. There is no exhaust emission and low operating noise during operation, which not only meets the requirements of indoor clean workshops, but also adapts to the normal operation of outdoor factories.
3. Special chassis for heavy loads, common in indoor and outdoor scenes
Adopting solid wear-resistant tires and reinforced chassis structure, it can adapt to a variety of pavements such as cement floors, epoxy floors, and hardened roads in factory areas, taking into account the transshipment needs of indoor warehouses and outdoor factory areas. The counterweight layout of the whole machine has been optimized, and the body posture is smooth when heavy-duty traction, the braking response is linear, and the start and stop buffers are soft when dragging heavy materials, reducing the risk of material shaking and bumping.
