National after-sales network layout
Network coverage
At present, the after-sales outlets of RTR three-way stacking forklifts have covered most of the industrial concentration areas in China, including major cities in the core economic belt such as the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and the Bohai Rim. At the same time, there are also service stations in the central and western industrial towns, which can provide services to various industrial users nearby. The network layout fully combines the characteristics of industrial distribution to ensure that there are service stations that can respond quickly around the high-frequency use areas of equipment such as logistics parks, manufacturing factories, and warehousing centers.
After-sales response mechanism
In response to various problems that occur during the use of the equipment, the after-sales system has established a hierarchical response mechanism. For routine fault repair, service personnel within the urban area can arrive at the scene within 4 hours, and the response time in suburban and remote areas can be adjusted according to the actual road conditions, and the longest is no more than 24 hours. At the same time, there is a dedicated customer service hotline to provide 724-hour consultation service. Users can report problems and obtain preliminary troubleshooting guidance at any time.
Parts supply system
Accessories reserve and category
The parts supply system has established a multi-level reserve mechanism around the commonly used wearing parts and core components of the equipment. The national core warehouse has a full range of parts covering multiple modules such as transmission system, control system, hydraulic system, etc. The regional service warehouse focuses on the storage of high-frequency replacement wearing parts according to the frequency of local equipment use to ensure that most parts needs can be met locally. All parts adopt the original factory adaptation standard to ensure the operation stability of the equipment after replacement.
Delivery and Guarantee Services
In response to the demand for parts distribution, a cooperation mechanism with professional logistics organizations has been established. Regular parts can be delivered to regional sites within 24 hours, and emergency parts can be delivered quickly across regions through expedited logistics channels, and can arrive at the scene on the same day at the soonest. At the same time, for long-term cooperative batch users, customized parts storage services can be provided, and common parts can be stored in the user warehouse in advance to further shorten the fault repair time.
