All cross-border foreign trade and overseas wholesale orders sold on the Google platform and official independent stations of BYD electric forklifts, lithium-ion forklifts, storage trucks, original forklifts and supporting accessories are fully compliant with the policy

Google Merchant Center listing compliance requirements, cross-border foreign trade transaction specifications, all order purchase customers are aware of and abide by all terms of this policy by default.
1. Basic conditions for return and time limit for application
1. Return application time limit
From the date the customer signs for the goods,

You can submit a return application for compliance, and the return, refund and exchange business will not be accepted after the expiration date.
2. Goods return access standards
The BYD forklift and forklift parts applying for return must meet all the following conditions at the same time, otherwise the return application will be rejected directly:
• The goods are brand new and unused, unmodified, no manual collision damage, no private dismantling, no overloading operation, and no illegal operation damage;
• Original wooden box packaging, onboard manual, certificate of conformity, quality assurance card, and a full set of original accessories are intact;
• The forklift has no hydraulic oil leakage, no power loss damage to the lithium battery, no large-scale bumping and deformation of the body, and no damage to the parts;
• Keep the complete order documents and logistics receipt vouchers to verify the order information.
3. Return classification
This return is divided into two categories: the manufacturer's quality problem return and the customer's independent reason return, with different rights, responsibilities and expenses.
2. Return the product for the original quality problem (we are fully responsible)

2. After the verification is determined to be the original quality problem, Hubei Jianshu Technology will bear the two-way international logistics freight, import and export tariffs, customs clearance costs, and goods testing costs;

4. Remarks: Slight appearance scratches in cross-border transportation will not affect the lifting, driving and lithium battery performance of the forklift. It is not a quality problem and does not support free returns.
3. The customer returns the goods for their own reasons (the purchaser is fully responsible)
If the customer applies for a return due to personal and purchaser reasons such as wrong forklift tonnage, project cancellation, purchase plan change, order placement error, and no need to purchase, the rules are as follows:

4. No return and refund categories (no return or exchange forever)
• Customized BYD lithium battery forklift: customized raised height, customized fork width, explosion-proof customization, and exclusive modified models for the venue;
• Second-hand forklifts, rental forklifts, and warehouse clearance special forklifts will not be returned or exchanged once sold;
• Consumable accessories: forklift tires, brake pads, hydraulic oil, filter elements, lithium battery cells and other consumable accessories;
• Customers operate illegally, disassemble the machine without permission, store improperly, and damage the goods caused by overload use;
• After signing for delivery, natural disasters, wars, and port accidents caused damage to the goods;
• The two parties signed a locked non-refundable foreign trade wholesale contract order.
Standard cross-border return process
1. Step 1: Send the return application to the official mailbox, noting the order number, forklift model, receipt time, and reason for the return.

VI. Exchange replacement policy
The customer can give up the refund and apply for the same type.
/Changed forklift exchange service:
• Replacement of goods with quality problems in the original factory: We fully cover logistics, customs clearance, and tariff fees, and give priority to reissuing new forklifts;
• Customer's own reasons for exchange: The customer bears all cross-border logistics taxes and fees, and only charges the order.

Seven, quality assurance and return independent instructions
This return and refund policy is independent of BYD's global original quality assurance policy. For forklift failures during the quality assurance cycle, priority will be given to after-sales maintenance of the original factory, and returns and refunds will not be directly accepted. The two businesses will be handled separately.
